About the Role
We are seeking a Backend Engineer to help scale our platform and maintain reliability as we grow. You’ll design APIs, optimize data pipelines, and work on real-time analytics systems to power the Virello dashboard.
Responsibilities
Design and maintain scalable APIs and services.
Build real-time analytics pipelines to process large volumes of social data.
Collaborate with frontend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for critical systems.
Contribute to system architecture, deployment, and operational best practices.
Skills Needed
Strong experience with Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
Understanding of API design, caching strategies, and performance optimization.
Knowledge of event-driven architectures and message queues.
Nice to Have
Experience with AI/ML pipelines.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
