We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to onboard new users, provide guidance, and advocate for customers’ needs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer onboarding and training.

  • Monitor account health and user engagement.

  • Provide product feedback to engineering and design teams.

  • Build relationships to increase retention and satisfaction.

Skills Needed

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience in SaaS or digital platforms.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).

Nice to Have

  • Background in social media or analytics products.

  • Data-driven mindset to measure success metrics.
