We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to onboard new users, provide guidance, and advocate for customers’ needs.
Responsibilities
Manage customer onboarding and training.
Monitor account health and user engagement.
Provide product feedback to engineering and design teams.
Build relationships to increase retention and satisfaction.
Skills Needed
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Experience in SaaS or digital platforms.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).
Nice to Have
Background in social media or analytics products.
Data-driven mindset to measure success metrics.
